Sentiment Analysis of Malaysian Insurance Companies (SAMIC) is a bilingual web application developed to visualize public sentiment toward leading insurance companies in Malaysia. The system leverages machine learning models trained on Twitter datasets to classify sentiments in both English and Malay. It incorporates real-time monitoring capabilities, allowing users to track sentiment trends based on specific search keywords. The application was developed using Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Natural Language Processing techniques, and HTML/CSS, with a focus on delivering accurate and insightful sentiment analysis through an interactive user interface.
